As these are customized digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
3. No Refund After Work Has Started
Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Strategy planning
- Graphic designing
- Website development
- Content creation
- Campaign setup
- Advertising setup
- Consultation
- Automation setup
- SEO implementation
4. Advance Payments
Advance payments are made to reserve project schedules and allocate resources.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
5. Monthly Marketing Services
For monthly services such as:
- Social Media Management
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Website Maintenance
No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after the service has begun.
Customers may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing period.
6. Advertisement Budget
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, or YouTube are non-refundable.
Nettalk cannot refund advertising spend once it has been submitted to these platforms.
7. Website & Software Projects
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed websites
- Custom software
- Mobile applications
- Landing pages
- API integrations
- Automation systems
- Custom development work
8. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
- Payment was charged more than once due to a technical error.
- Nettalk is unable to start the project for reasons solely attributable to us.
- A billing error occurred.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
If no work has started, Nettalk may approve a refund after deducting applicable administrative or payment processing charges.
10. Project Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Late client responses
- Delayed content or approvals
- Third-party platform downtime
- Hosting or domain provider issues
- Force majeure events beyond our control
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until the matter is resolved.
12. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
