5. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Advance payments may be required before work begins.
  • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

As most services are customized digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.


7. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith.

Delivery schedules may vary due to:

  • Client revisions
  • Delayed approvals
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events

8. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Upon full payment:

  • The client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
  • Nettalk retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and reusable design assets.

Any third-party software, fonts, plugins, or stock resources remain subject to their respective licenses.


10. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways

Nettalk is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or account actions taken by these third parties.


11. Digital Marketing Disclaimer

While Nettalk follows industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • A fixed number of leads
  • Sales or revenue growth
  • Advertisement approval
  • Social media follower growth
  • Viral content performance

Campaign performance depends on many external factors beyond our control.


12. Website Availability

19. Jurisdiction
